1. Project Engagements
All custom software development, AI automation workflows, and CRM setup integrations (referred to as "Services") provided by BELAL.AI are subject to custom project proposals. The deliverables, timeline badges, and payment frameworks will be established in a formal contract before starting any development work.
2. Strategy Sessions & Consulting
Strategy calls and consultation reviews booked through this portfolio website are complimentary and place no obligation on either party. Recommendations, architecture maps, and ROI estimates provided during these calls are for planning purposes only.
3. Limitation of Liability
While I design systems utilizing enterprise-grade standards, database caching, and secure workflows (using n8n, Make, OpenAI API, AWS, etc.), I am not liable for any service interruptions, API price increases, or third-party provider modifications that affect your automation workflows post-handover.
